Credit Bureau Experts Celebrates 11th Anniversary of Effective Credit Repair

Coral Springs, Fla. (PRWEB) August 19, 2009

This year marks Credit Bureau Experts 11th year helping consumers repair their credit records. People with inaccuracies in their files can find themselves without access to the funds they need to expand a business, a student loan or buy a house or car. Since 1998, using proven, tailor made methods, Credit Bureau Experts has rescued countless people out of seemingly hopeless situations.

“Our system works because it’s based on painstaking investigation,” said Gary Rubin of Credit Bureau Experts. “Some companies stop when they find vague suggestions of problems. We demand proof.”

Credit repair is a legal right in the United States. Enlisting a third party to help isolate and fix inaccuracies in a credit report is very likely to speed repair and ensure repairs are done right. That’s important because fixing credit scores can be a tedious, arduous process. Any misstep can set the repair process back a long way.

Credit Bureau Experts employs dedicated professionals who know exactly where to look for problems and fix them. They are experts at deciphering consumer’s credit reports to see just how errors are being reported and the most effective ways to correct them. Some estimates suggest almost 80 percent of credit reports contain a factual inaccuracy.

“Sure, consumers can try to fix their credit on their own, but over the past 11 years, we’ve developed effective techniques for isolating and eliminating errors. We believe consumers will save a lot of time and aggravation and achieve better results using Credit Bureau Experts,” said Rubin.

While over the past 11 years, computers and automated analysis have become prominent among credit repair companies, Credit Bureau Experts still uses time-tested, individualized investigative techniques that are designed to produce quality results fast.

“In fact, just relying on automated requests for your credit report can lower your credit score all by itself. We make the requests in a way that will do no harm to an individuals credit score,” Rubin said.

Which credit bureau is the most popular to use by home loan lenders?

Question by Chrissy: Which credit bureau is the most popular to use by home loan lenders?
I know the three…Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, but rather then checking all three I was advised that essentially loan/mortgage officers typically use only one to check eligibility for a home loan. What is the most popular credit bureau used? I am in the process of looking for a home, and want to make sure I know which score will be pulling considering all three have different scores. Thanks!!!

You were misinformed. Mortgage lenders use all three. Typically they take the mid score, but some do an average. They also will be using FICO hit. Equifax will sell you FICO, but TransUnion and Experian sell Vantage (different measure). You can get FICO scores for TransUnion and Equifax at MyFico.com. Consumers cannot get FICO scores for Experian anymore. You also want to review each report and resolve any errors. If you have derogatory items, bond lenders will require you resolve them before you are approved.
